Director of Partnerships and Projects

Brandon Secomb is a project strategist, entrepreneur, and purpose-driven leader who brings over a decade of experience across recruitment, business development, and project execution. His work spans both the private and not-for-profit sectors, with a deep focus on building systems that create real-world outcomes.

What drives Brandon is personal. Having come from a background where he witnessed the effects of instability and mental health challenges on young people, he developed a strong conviction early on: that every child deserves safety, support, and a pathway to thrive. This conviction led him into youth mentorship work, which became a foundation for his professional journey.

As Director of Partnerships and Projects at The Yellow Umbrella Foundation, Brandon is responsible for leading high-impact initiatives, forming strategic alliances, and delivering community projects that improve the lives of children and youth—particularly those affected by mental health issues and social disadvantage

He believes that when we invest in the next generation with integrity and purpose, we shape the future.
